President Barack Obama and Elie Wiesel, a Holocaust survivor, visit the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington Monday. Obama used the visit to announce a plan to impose sanctions against foreign entities, largely Iran and Syria, who use technology to crackdown on dissidents. "These technologies should be in place to empower citizens, not to repress them," Obama said.
