Margery J. (Roberts) Juul, 87, of Milford, died on June 16. She was the wife of 58 years to the late Reynold B. Juul. She was born on March 5, 1923 in Sharon, Vermont, daughter of the late Baxter W. and Blanche Lydia (Judd) Roberts. Unique for her era, she piloted airplanes and became a product designer/draftsman after taking courses at Dartmouth during World War II and she worked for several local companies in that capacity until her retirement in 1985. After retirement, she went on to fill her life with volunteer service at the Woodmont Library, Milford Hospital, and local political campaigns. She also spent many hours recording books for the blind.

She is survived by three children, Melody Lloyd and her husband Glenn of Rolla, Missouri, Marilyn Steiner and her husband Earl of Northford, and Thomas Juul and his wife Tuyen of Milford; eight grandchildren, Kari Lloyd, Kristy Clayburn and her husband Michael, Glenn Lloyd and his wife Kris, Katie Lloyd, Alicia Steiner and her husband Bill DiChello, Missy Parniawski and her husband Ryan, and Matthew and Maegan Juul; nine great-grandchildren; and her beloved cat Danny. She is also remembered and loved by many nieces and nephews throughout the country. She was predeceased by her daughter Alicia Mary; two sisters, Evelyn and Marion; and four brothers, Elijhu, Phil, Ralph, and Richard.

She will be remembered and cherished at a private graveside service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a local humane society or to the American Cancer Society.
