    Natalie Abby Mousch Szydlo, Guilford

    Natalie Abby Mousch Szydlo, a lifelong Guilford resident, died at her home, surrounded by her loving family, on July 22.  She was the daughter of the late Elmer and Amy Johnson Mousch. Natalie was the widow of Joseph (Jim) Szydlo, William Robinson, and Steve Talgo.  Her love of family had no boundaries, and her home on Whitfield Street was always full of family and friends.  Gathering everyone around the dining room table was one of Natalie’s favorite pastimes.

    Natalie’s family thanks everyone at the Connecticut Hospice, especially her nurse Debby and her aides Sophia, Lorrie, and Nancy. 

    Natalie is survived by two daughters, Jill Platt and her husband Edward of Guilford and Tracy Groff and her husband Jerry, also of Guilford.  She is also survived by her grandchildren, Steven White, Shelley White Kwalek, Sheree White Kochis, Chris and Jon Platt, and Melanie and Amy Groff, as well as seven great-grandchildren.  She was predeceased by her daughter, Pamela White.

    Funeral services took place on July 25 at the First Congregational Church in Guilford. Burial was in Alder Brook Cemetery, Guilford. In lieu of flowers, contributions would be greatly appreciated to the Connecticut Hospice, 100 Double Beach Rd., Branford, CT 06405.  The Guilford Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements..
