Kathleen M. Cardone, 42, of East Haven, died at the Connecticut Hospice, Branford, on Sept. 29 after a brief illness.  She was the devoted mother of Dakota and Cheyenne Cardone.  Kathleen was born Sept. 19, 1970, beloved daughter of Clifford E. and Mary Melbourne Hahn of Branford. 

Besides her children and her parents, she is survived by her brothers, Clifford J. Hahn and his wife Teresa of Germany, Ronald E. Hahn of New York, and James M. Hahn of Arizona, as well as many nieces and nephews.

Her funeral procession will leave the W.S. Clancy Memorial Funeral Home, 244 North Main St., Branford, on Tuesday, Oct. 2, at 9:30 a.m., for a mass of Christian burial at St. Mary Church at 10 a.m.  Burial will follow in All Saints Cemetery.  Friends may call prior to the funeral from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Dakota and Cheyenne Cardone Fund, c/o First Niagara Bank, 1026 Main St., Branford, CT 06405.  For directions and online memorial see www.wsclancy.com.
