Gary L. Magliulo, 60, a current resident of North Haven, formerly of East Haven, died peacefully at his home on Jan.14 after a long illness. He was the beloved husband of over 42 years to Marge Lieto Magliulo. Gary was born in New Haven on Jan.5, 1953, son of the late Nicholas and Flora Lombardi Magliulo. He was a U.S. Navy veteran and had owned his own construction company for many years, retiring in 2006. He was also the owner of Lombardi's Pizzeria, a successful family business in Northford, from 1995 to 2006.

Besides his loving wife, he is survived by his children, Paul A. Magliulo and wife Jen of East Haven, Dawn Reagan of East Haven, Tracy Raffone of Northford, and Megan Ferraro of North Haven; his brother, Wayne Magliulo and wife Elaine of Hamden; and 10 grandchildren.

His funeral procession will leave the Clancy Funeral Home,43 Kirkham Ave.,East Haven, on Friday, Jan. 18, at 9:30 a.m., for a mass of Christian burial at St. Clare Church at 10 a.m.  Burial will follow in All Saints Cemetery.
