Betty Longobardi, 86, of East Haven died on June 2 at the Connecticut Hospice in Branford. Born Nov. 5, 1926 in Branford, she was the daughter of Anthony and Sophie (Ifkovic) Vuksinic. She is preceded in death by her parents, her daughter Debra Ann Longobardi, and her brothers David and Anthony Vuksinic.

Betty is survived by her loving husband of 67 years Angelo Longobardi, her children John Longobardi (Irene) of East Haven and Barbara Criscuolo (David) of East Haven, her grandchildren Gina Biehler (Mike) of Hamden, Kim Criscuolo of New Haven, Michelle Longobardi of East Haven, Angela Criscuolo of Hamden, and John Longobardi of East Haven, and one great grandson Thomas Biehler. Betty is also survived by her sisters Shirley Brenam (Lee) of Madison, Carol Cyr (Ronald) of Killingworth, Linda Gibson (Don) of Branford, and her brothers Robert Vuksinic (Barbara) of Branford and Jack Vuksinic of Middletown.

Family and friends are invited to meet and attend a Mass of Christian burial on Wednesday, June 5 at 9 a.m. in St. Clare Church, Coe Avenue, East Haven. Committal to follow at East Lawn Cemetery. Funeral services in the care of Clancy Funeral Home, East Haven.
