Audra B. Mirando, 44, of Branford, beloved mother of Stephanie Mirando and Candice Serrano, died Oct. 18. She was born Feb. 2, 1969. She was a very hard worker and lived for her girls. Audra always strived to give her kids the best, and would also go the extra mile for anyone in need. No matter what, she could always put a smile on your face. Audra was ambitious toward life and fought her battle with cancer until the end.

She will always be remembered for her charming and outgoing personality, spirit of adventure, and the persevering drive that allowed her to succeed in everything she did. She will always live in our hearts.

In addition to her daughters, she is survived by her parents Sandra Beaman and Terry Brown; her sister Jena Hughes; and numerous other family members and close friends. She was predeceased by her sister Julianna Brown.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, Nov. 2 at 5 p.m. at the Guilford Funeral Home, 115 Church St, Guilford. Friends may call prior to the services from 2 – 5 p.m. at the funeral home.
