Tim Rosa, 52, of New Haven, loving husband of 24 years to Cheryl (Paule) Rosa, died Nov. 2. He was born Nov. 11, 1960 in New Haven to Phyllis (Onofrio) and the late George Rosa.

Tim was employed at Tilcon and was a member of Teamsters Local 443. He served Knights of Columbus Council 3733 in North Haven as a Third Degree Knight of Columbus.

Tim was an avid biker who enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson with Cheryl. He was a family man who cherished and loved his family. Tim was a great husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle, and friend, and will be missed by all.

In addition to his wife and his mother, Tim is survived by three sons, Michael Rosa and his wife Nina of New Haven, Nicholas Rosa of New Haven, and Justin Rosa of New Haven; four grandchildren, Michael Rosa, Jr., Gianni Rosa, Jackson Rosa and Aeriona Rosa; brothers Vincent Rosa and his wife Pam of East Haven and Daniel Rosa and his wife Debbie of North Haven; sisters Donna McNamara and her husband Kevin of Killingworth and Sandra Rosa of New Haven; dear friends Midge and Dawn Carranzo of Wallingford; the “lost boys of Fair Haven,” and numerous nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to a celebration of Tim’s life on Saturday, Nov. 9 from 11 a.m.- 3 p.m. at Axles Club House, 2344 Foxon Road, North Branford, at which time the family will speak.
