Patricia J. Florio Vastarelli, 46, of North Haven, beloved wife of Jeffrey K. Vastarelli, died peacefully Dec. 13 at Connecticut Hospice in Branford with her family by her side. Patricia was born March 1, 1967 in New Haven to the late Henry and Ruth Boucher Florio. She graduated from Eli Whitney Technical High School in Hamden and worked for the past 26 years as a claims manager for Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield.

She is survived by her children Matthew P. Vastarelli and Amanda M. Vastarelli; brothers Joseph Florio and David Florio and his wife Carmen; mother-in-law Louise Vastarelli; sister-in-law Dolores Vastarelli; and brother-in-law Paul Vastarelli and his wife Christine. She was predeceased by her father-in-law Frank Vastarelli.

Family and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian burial on Monday, Dec. 16 at 10 a.m. at St. Therese Church, 555 Middletown Avenue, North Haven, followed by committal in All Saints Mausoleum. Visiting hours are Sunday, Dec. 15 from 3 -7 p.m. at the North Haven Funeral Home, 36 Washington Avenue.
