Russell L. Burbridge, Jr., 47, of New Haven, died Dec. 15 at his home. He was born Nov. 10, 1966 in New London to Kathleen Baxter Clement of Branford and the late Russell L. Burbridge, Sr. He had a great love for cooking and landscaping, and worked as a cook and kitchen manager for the Salvation Army in New Haven.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his daughter Kiera Luzey of New Haven; and his sisters Michele and her husband Dave Caron of Branford, Phyllis and her husband Jim Robbins of Maryland and Kelley and her husband Sean Tanner of Georgia. He was predeceased by his stepfather Dennis Clement.

Relatives and friends are invited to call Thursday, Dec. 19 from 4 – 6 p.m. at the W.S. Clancy Memorial Funeral Home, 244 North Main St., Branford, with a prayer service at 6 p.m. Burial will be at the convenience of his family. The W.S.
