    Joseph Pascale, 62, Madison

Joseph Pascale, 62, of Madison, beloved husband of Cynthia Beaumont Pascale, died suddenly Dec. 16. Joe was born Oct. 15, 1951 in New Haven to the late Henry Ralph and Veronica Connelly Pascale, Sr., of Guilford.

Joe graduated from Guilford High School in 1970 and worked for much of his career as a printed circuit board designer for companies that included General Electric, General Datacomm, where he earned numerous awards, and Bose. His true passion, however, was carpentry and painting. He was president of former J.M. Grace, LLC and most recently worked for R.C.R. Russo Corp. of Guilford. He had a great eye for design and a gift for historic renovation.

Joe was past president of the Sacred Heart Academy Father’s Club, a parishioner of St. Margaret Church in Madison, and a member of the Knights of Columbus. He also enjoyed many summers at the Owenego Beach Club and Inn. He was a British auto enthusiast, an excellent photographer and an exceptional skier. He had a true love of life and enjoyed spending time with his family. His sense of humor and kindness will be missed by all who knew him.

He is survived by his children Moira Cotlier-Cassell and her husband Ian of New Haven and Grace and Jack Pascale of Madison; their mother Mary Ellen McGuire; step-children Justin and Jaclyn Beaumont of Madison; grandchildren Sean and Nolan Cotlier; brothers Henry Pascale of Guilford and James Pascale of Clinton; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sister Margaret Putney.
