Patricia “Pat” Cacace, 78, of East Haven, passed away Jan. 6 at Connecticut Hospice in Branford. She was born Oct. 15, 1935 in Morristown, New Jersey to the late Anthony “Tad” and Anna (McGuire) Solevo.

Patricia leaves behind her loving husband of 58 years John “Corky” Cacace; her daughters Patricia DeLucia (Anthony) and Linda Hennessey (Thomas); grandchildren Anna, Tommy (Jessica), Michael (Vicki), Steven, and Patrick; and one great-grandson, Michael. She also leaves many friends and all of her caregivers who she loved dearly. At home Pat loved to bake and the “coffee was always on.”

Family will receive friends on Wednesday, Jan. 8, 2014 from 10:15 to 11:15 a.m. at the Clancy Funeral Home, 43 Kirkham Avenue, East Haven. Funeral procession will leave Clancy Funeral Home at 11:15 a.m. for an 11:30 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Vincent de Paul Church, East Haven. Committal will be private.
