Alma Lepone Lacourciere, 85, of East Haven, beloved wife of 56 years to the late Rene Lacourciere, died peacefully Jan. 7 at Connecticut Hospice. Alma was born June 20, 1928 to the late Albino and Emma Adinolfi Lepone. She was employed by United Illuminating, Harold’s of Guilford, and Ethan Allen before retiring in 1990. 

A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated Jan. 13 at Our Lady of Pompeii Church. At the request of Alma, interment was private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to CT Hospice, 100 Double Beach Rd., Branford, CT 06405. Porto Funeral Home, East Haven, was in charge of arrangements.
