George E. Hahn, DVM, 81, of North Branford, died peacefully Feb. 1 at Yale- New Haven Hospital. George was born April 5, 1932 in Callicoon Center, New York to the late Edward and Elizabeth Hahn. He established the Jeffersonville Animal Hospital.

He is survived by his wife of 57 years Barbara; daughter Lisa and her husband Jim Cantey of Madison; and son Kurt and his wife Karen of Damascus, Maryland.
