    Chi Running/Chi Walking Workshops — There will be a One-Day Chi Running workshop and a Half-Day Chi Walking workshop on Aug. 12 at the East Lyme Aquatic & Fitness Center. The Chi Running workshop will be held from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. and participants will learn the basics of Chi Running, including the keys to effortless, injury-free running, the physics of running and pre-run and post-run stretching.
