New London ― The Ocean Beach/John & Jessie Kelley Half Marathon took place Saturday, Aug. 5, 2023 and the race course went through New London and Waterford starting and ending at Ocean Beach Park in New London.
Alex Norstrom of Glastonbury won the men’s race for the third time and Hayley Collins of Tolland won the women’s race.
