Groton to take part in 'Click It or Ticket'

Groton - City and town police are joining a nationwide effort to crack down on seat belt violators and will conduct checkpoints in the town during the enforcement, which begins next week.Police officers will actively check motorists to ensure compliance with seat-belt laws.
