    Report of weapon leads to school lockdowns

    Norwich - Three schools were locked down for nearly an hour Monday afternoon after a concerned citizen reported that people had a gun behind the Wequonnoc School in Taftville.Immediately after the 12:30 p.m. incident was reported to police, the Wequonnoc School, as well as the nearby Moriarty and Sacred Heart schools, were locked down, police said.
