Norwich man broke into home, police say

Montville - A Norwich man broke into a home on Golden Road Thursday and confronted an 18-year-old girl, police said.

Zhuo Wu, 20, of 25 Lucas Park was charged with first-degree burglary, criminal mischief and breach of peace.

Police said he grabbed the phone from the girl when she tried to call for help.
