Brockton, Mass., fugitive captured in New London

New London - A New London man was arrested early Sunday morning and charged with being a fugitive from justice.
Shawn Victorian, 44, was wanted on felony larceny charges in Brockton, Mass., said the New London Police Deputy Chief Marshall Segar. Victorian's address was listed as 19 Jay St., the New London Homeless Hospitality Center.
Victorian was arrested at 39 Tilley St. in connection with a drug investigation, Segar said. Brockton police had a warrant for his arrest.
