New London courthouse reopens following bomb threat

The State Superior Courthouse on Broad Street in New London was evacuated this morning following a bomb threat, according to Rhonda Stearley-Hebert, a judicial branch spokesperson.
The building, known as G.A.10, was evacuated at 9:22 while state police searched the building. People were allowed to reenter the building at 11:40.
State police are investigating the case and no further information is available at this time.
