Accident slows traffic on I-95 near Mystic

Traffic is moving slowly on Interstate 95 northbound near Mystic because the right lane is closed due to an accident.

A tractor-trailer and a car collided earlier this morning between exits 90 and 91. State police said shortly before 10:30 a.m. that the lane was closed because the car was being removed from the scene. There were minor injuries, police said.
