Norwich police arrest city man wanted in California

Norwich — City police on Thursday located and arrested a fugitive from justice, wanted by California officials for parole violations on prior weapons charges, according to police.

Jonathan C. Wright, 30, of 367½ Central Ave. was charged with being a fugitive from justice. Wright was held in lieu of a $250,000 bond and will be arraigned today in Norwich Superior Court.
