Ledyard - Ledyard police on Wednesday arrested a suspect in the Oct. 19 armed robbery off Indiantown Road.

David B. Dixon Jr, 23, of no certain address was charged by warrant with three counts first-degree robbery, criminal use of a firearm in a felony, criminal possession of a firearm, second-degree strangulation, threatening and third-degree larceny.

Ledyard officers traveled to Allentown, Pa., and back on Wednesday to extradite Dixon, who was taken into custody by the Lehigh County Pennsylvania Sheriffs Department, said Ledyard Police Lt. Michael Finkelstein.
