Groton — A New York man was arrested Sunday after police said he urinated on a fellow passenger while on a bus that was headed to Providence.
William Allen, 44, of Deer Park, N.Y., was charged with disorderly conduct.
Police said Allen was on Peter Pan bus when the incident occurred somewhere between Exit 90 and the Gold Star Memorial Bridge on Interstate 95 North.
Allen was taken to the state police barracks in Montville, where he was processed and released on a $250 bond. He is scheduled to appear in New London Superior Court on June 18.
