Car accident, torrential downpour delays traffic on I-95 in New London

New London — Police and fire personnel are responding to a one-car rollover on Interstate 95 north in the area of the Frontage Road exit.

The car reportedly is on its side and went over a guardrail. One minor injury was reported.

The accident along with the torrential downpour is causing traffic delays in the area.
