Body of missing Norwich woman found; no foul play suspected

Norwich – Police on Thursday discovered the body of Rachel Schriver, the missing 20-year-old who was the subject of a statewide silver alert issued Wednesday.

Police said Schriver's body was found at the Oak Street Cemetery at about 6:30 p.m. Initial investigation revealed no signs of foul play, though an official cause of death has not yet been determined.

Schriver was last seen on Tuesday and was believed to be in the area of Cliff Street in Norwich.
