Crash reported on I-95 in Waterford

Waterford - State police said a portion of Interstate 95, in the area of Exit 81, is partially blocked as emergency crews attend to what was reported as a vehicle into the guardrails.

There was still traffic congestion in the area as of 9:45 p.m.

Further details on the accident were not immediately available.
