UPDATED: Ledyard teen still missing, Norwich woman found safe

State police have issued a Silver Alert asking for public assistance in finding a missing Ledyard teen.

Police are trying to locate 16-year-old Kwane Baines, a black man with brown eyes who was last seen Tuesday in Ledyard. Baines is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 130 pounds. Anyone with information is asked to call state police at (860) 896-3200.

Earlier on Tuesday, state police had issued a Silver Alert for 58-year-old Linda Censki of Norwich. She was found safe later in the night, police said.
