Norwich — A local man was arrested Monday after allegedly sexually assaulting a woman during a domestic dispute.

Dylan Gaedt, 23, of 15 Ephraim's Path, Mashantucket, was charged with first-degree sexual assault, second-degree unlawful restraint, interfering with a 911 call, second-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

Police said the adult victim and Gaedt knew each other. The woman was not hospitalized, police said. Police responded to the assault at 6:45 a.m.

Gaedt was arraigned Monday in Norwich Superior Court and is being held in lieu of a $50,000 bond. His next court date is scheduled for April 4.
