State and local police are reporting that the roads are starting to get slick as freezing rain and sleet is currently falling.
The Gold Star Memorial Bridge is slick with ice and police said numerous accidents, including a three-car accident on Interstate 95 south, are being reported.
State police are also reporting several accidents on Interstate 395 south at Exit 83 in Lisbon and at Exit 89 in Central Village.
Police are urging people to stay off the roads until the freezing rain subsides.
