State police search for missing Lisbon teen

Lisbon — State police Tuesday night issued a Silver Alert for a 19-year-old girl who went missing earlier that day.

Kelsy Reader is described as a white female with brown hair and hazel eyes. She is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs about 180 pounds.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call state police at Troop E in Montville at (860) 848-6500.
