Fire destroys trailer in Groton

Groton — Investigators are working to determine the cause of a fire Thursday that destroyed a trailer at 1215 North Road, at Dolphin Park.

Center Groton Fire Department was joined by police and multiple mutual aid departments to extinguish the flames, which were shooting above the height of the power lines, according to witnesses.

No further information was immediately available.
