Garrett D. Hofer, 40, of 8301 Maple Tree Lane, East Lyme, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, using a hand held cellphone while driving and failure to drive right.

Liam P. Main, 22, of 587 Taugwonk Road, Apt. A, was charged Friday with having weapons in a motor vehicle.

Omara Francis, 33, of 14 Braemer Place, New London, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to drive in proper lane.

Vanessa Parra-Hirschi, 22, of 65 Chapel Drive, New London, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and speeding.
