Richard T. DeCosta, 51, of 18 Crestview Drive, Gales Ferry, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to have proper number of headlights and failure to have lights lit.

Alexxus Johnson-Miller, 26, of 19 Flint Court was charged Sunday with failure to drive in proper lane and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

John B. Lawless, 25, of Mount Kisco, N.Y., was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, speeding, possession of narcotics, possession of a controlled substance or more than a half-ounce of cannabis, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Anthony W. Hamlin, 31, of 197 Boston Post Road, Waterford, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to obey a traffic control signal and possession of narcotics.

Robert J. Kubera, 49, of 9 Cathcart Drive, No. 8, Jewett City, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to maintain lane.
