Christine Marie Alrutz, 38, of 32 Sunnieside Drive was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

David Farley, 40, of 29 Holmes Road was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and improper number of headlamps.

James Robinson, 53, of 148 Benham Road, Apt. 36, was charged Monday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. 

Michael Mills, 61, of 107 Benham Road, Apt. 8, was charged Sunday with violation of conditions of release.

Elise Kennaugh, 35, of Portland, Maine, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and speeding.

Joshua Cagle, 39, of 637 Shennecossett Road was charged Friday with risk of injury to a minor, disorderly conduct, second-degree breach of peace, and third-degree assault.

David A. Reese, 39, of Hartford, was charged Friday in Norwich with criminal impersonation and interfering with a police officer.

Michaela Love, 41, of 82 Sunset St. was charged Friday with interfering with an emergency call and disorderly conduct.

Francisco Alvarado, 39, of East Hampton, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license, speeding, misuse of plates and driving without minimum insurance.
