Police seek 13-year-old girl missing from New London

New London ― Police on Tuesday night issued a silver alert for a 13-year-old girl they say has been missing from New London since Tuesday, characterizing her as an endangered runaway.

Police described Kendra Mekoi as Black with brown hair and brown eyes, 5 feet 2 inches tall, and 150 pounds. She was last seen wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt, sweatpants and black Crocs.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to contact New London police at (860) 442-4444.
