Norwich ― Police are seeking the public help’s in finding Miah Rae Smith, a 15-year-old girl they say was last seen March 18 in East Hartford. Authorities believe she is in the East Hartford or New Britain area.

Police said Smith has brown hair and brown eyes, is 5 feet 2 inches tall, and weighs about 120 pounds. She was last seen wearing a white shirt, black pants and black shoes.

Police said Smith may be in the company of, and possibly traveling in a vehicle with, a man named Xavian who lives in the Hartford or New Britain area.

The Norwich Police Department asks anyone with information on her whereabouts to call 911 or the department at (860) 886-5561 ext. 6.
