Norwich ― Police have issued a silver alert for a missing child, who is characterized as an endangered runaway.

Police said Madisyn Miller, 17, has been missing from Norwich since Friday.

According to a description from police, she has brown hair and eyes, is 5’4” and weighs 135 pounds, and was last seen wearing a black shirt and pants.
