    East Lyme

    Tess M. Smith, 25, of East Haven was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Groton Town

    Matthew V. Baldoz, 50, of 10 Bel Air Drive, Mystic, was charged Wednesday with interfering with an emergency call, second-degree breach of peace, and second-degree threatening.

    Xavier J. Aguilar-Reyes, 33, of 47 Central Ave., was charged Tuesday with possession of a controlled substance and disorderly conduct.

    Katie J. Cyr, 38, of 55 Crown Knoll Court, No. 87, was charged Monday with risk of injury to child and disseminating voyeurism material.

    Jennifer A. Macomber, 42, of 129 Dewey Ave., was charged May 27 with violation of protective order, second-degree breach of peace, and third-degree assault.

    Alvin J. Ramos, 52, of 301 Buddington Road, No. 35, was charged May 27 with second-degree breach of peace.

    Androkle Batista, 20, of 19 Fort Hill Road, No. 4, was charged May 27 with disorderly conduct, second-degree assault, and second-degree strangulation/suffocation.

    Shayne Curtis, 14 Bristol St., Apt. 6, was charged Thursday with reckless driving, driving with a suspended license and following too closely.

    Yomar Miranda-Perez, 32, of 140 Michigan Drive, Groton, was charged Thursday with interfering with police and possession of narcotics.

    Aly Alsherif, 43, of 127 Michael Road was charged Wednesday with violation of a protective order.

    Zenildo Silveira, 24, of 62 Division St. was charged Thursday with first-degree trespass.
