    Groton Town police continue to look for missing 28-year-old man

    Groton ― Almost a year later, town police are continuing to ask for the public’s help in finding a missing 28-year-old man.

    Police said in a news release Thursday that Max J. Scott was last seen leaving his Quincy Court residence in Groton on the evening of June 25, 2022.

    Police said his family members “reported he and two associates were headed to a residence at 137 South Road, Groton. According to Max’s associates, he reportedly left 137 South Road at approximately 2 a.m. on June 26 heading home on foot and carrying a backpack.”

    Police describe Scott as white, 6 feet, 1 inch tall, and 200 pounds, with long brown hair and brown facial hair.

    “Groton Police have continually attempted to locate Mr. Scott,” the release said.
