Driver suffers serious injuries in Groton crash

Groton ― A person was taken to the hospital with serious injuries following a motor vehicle crash on Route 184 at Kings Highway on Saturday, police said.

Police said at least three cars were involved in the crash, and the driver of one of the vehicles was taken to Lawrence + Memorial Hospital in New London.

The crash happened at about 5:15 p.m.
