Norwich ― City police on Monday evening issued a silver alert for a missing 12-year-old boy.

Police issued an alert at 8:49 p.m. for Joseph Wingate, 12, who police said has been missing from Norwich since Monday. Police said he has black hair and brown eyes, is 4’11“ and 115 pounds.
