Tractor-trailer crash closes portion of I-95 north in Stonington

Stonington ― A tractor-trailer crash reported early Saturday morning has closed the northbound side of Interstate 95 between Exits 91 and 92.

As of 9 a.m., no injuries were reported. According to state police, the tractor-trailer is hanging over the embankment that connects the highway.

Emergency response teams are at the scene. The accident was reported around 6:40 a.m.
