Christina Rivera, 22, of 19 Jay St., was charged Thursday with evading responsibility, operating without insurance and unsafe movement.

Charles Sadosky, 30, of 89 W. Town St., Norwich, was charged Friday with violation of a protective order and first-degree trespass.

Robert Santiago, 21, of 15 Cutler St., Apt. 1, was charged Friday with interfering with a police officer.

John Turner Jr., 29, of 32 Huntington Place, Norwich, was charged Friday with possession of marijuana.

Luis Rosario, 27, of Bank Street, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Britiney Espinosa, 22, of 12 Phillips St., Jewett City, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, failure to obey a stop sign and failure to obey an officer's signal.

Martin Lopez, 40, of 281 State St., was charged Saturday with possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Henry Mercado, 29, of 14 Park St., was charged Saturday with possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell and possession of marijuana within 1,500 feet of a school.
