John Shepard, 38, of 288 Essex Road, Old Saybrook, was charged Saturday in Ivoryton with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to stop at a stop sign.

Scott M. Baldassari, 23, of 75 Hawks Nest Road, Old Lyme, was charged Friday in Old Lyme with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Michelle Zigman, 36, of 7 Short Trail, Old Lyme, was charged last Wednesday in Old Lyme with driving with a suspended licnese, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to have a front license plate and failure to carry proper insurance.

Steve Starbala, 58, of 515 Lake Drive, Guilford, was charged last Tuesday in Old Saybrook with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane and failure to have headlights lit.

Elizabeth L. Johnson, 23, of Bolton, was charged last Monday in Old Lyme with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and making an improper turn.
