Daniel Larabee, 27, of 23A Mill Road, East Lyme, was charged Saturday in East Lyme with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Lisette Oblitas-Cruz, 28, of Port Chester, N.Y., was charged Sunday in New London with cell phone use while driving, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and evading responsibility.

Laura Brisbois, 20, of 51 Cedar Drive, North Stonington, was charged Sunday in Ledyard with making an improper turn, failure to maintain insurance and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
