    Source Police Incident Report Nov. 25 to Dec. 1

    The Source publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in the towns of Madison and Killingworth. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for space and content.

    Madison

    Wednesday, Nov. 25

    • A 24 year-old man of Staten Island, New York, was charged with burglary in the third degree, larceny in the fourth degree, and larceny in the sixth degree.

    • A suspicious person on Aylesbury Circle was gone on police arrival.

    • Criminal mischief was

    investigated at 32 Lovers Lane.

    Thursday, Nov. 26

    • A 19 year-old Middlefield man was charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to have lights lit or devices illuminated.

    • A 43 year-old man of

    Hathaway Lane was charged with

    disorderly conduct and

    interfering with an emergency call.

    • A residential theft was

    investigated at 29 Hunters Trail.

    Friday, Nov. 27

    • A 19 year-old man of Carmel Court was charged with burglary in the third degree, larceny in the first degree, and conspiracy to commit burglary and larceny.

    • A 46 year-old Branford man was charged with larceny in the sixth degree.

    • A theft was investigated at 857 Durham Road.

    • A theft was investigated at 40 Northwood Road.

    • A theft from an automobile was investigated at 120 Princess Drive.

    Saturday, Nov. 28

    • A 22 year-old man of Mendingwall Court was charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane of a multiple lane highway following a motor vehicle stop on Mungertown Lane near Nathans Lane.

    • An 18 year-old Guilford man was charged with criminal mischief in the second degree and criminal mischief in the third degree.

    • A 30 year-old North Granby man was charged with driving while under the influence of

    alcohol or drugs following a

    motor vehicle stop on Route 79 at

    Jasper Lane.

    • Vandalism was investigated at 17 Salem Road.

    • Criminal mischief at 75 Mungertown Road was investigated at 9:33 a.m., at

    87 Mungertown Road at

    11:22 a.m., and at 50 Mungertown Road at 1:13 p.m.

    Sunday, Nov. 29

    • A 52 year-old man of

    Bishop Lane was charged with

    disorderly conduct and

    interfering with an emergency call.

    Monday, Nov. 30

    No arrests were made.

    • Criminal mischief was

    investigated at 7 Orchard Park Road.

    Tuesday, Dec. 1

    • A 23 year-old woman of Horse Pond Road was charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane of a multiple lane highway following a motor vehicle incident on Horse Pond Road at Green Hill Road.

    Killingworth

    Wednesday, Nov. 25

    No arrests were made.

    • A motor vehicle accident without injuries was investigated in front of 100 Route 81.

    Thursday, Nov. 26

    No arrests were made and no significant incidents were reported.

    Friday, Nov. 27

    • A 38 year-old woman of Pond Meadow Road was arrested on a warrant charging her with failure to appear in the second degree.

    • At 7:25 p.m. Trooper Daniel Hoffner investigated a burglary at 54 Stone Hill Drive. Anyone with information about the burglary is asked to call Troop F at 860-399-2100.

    Saturday, Nov. 28

    No arrests were made.

    • A 38 year-old woman of Pond Meadow Road was issued a misdemeanor for operating a motor vehicle while under license suspension and traveling too fast for conditions after she lost control of the 2001 GMC Denali she was

    operating southbound on Burr Hill Road and struck a tree. No

    injuries were reported at the scene, but the truck had to be towed.

    Sunday, Nov. 29 to

    Tuesday, Dec. 1

    No arrests were made and no significant incidents were reported.
