The North Haven Courier publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in town. As those charged are presumed innocent until proven guilty, the report does not include names. It may be edited for space and content. Monday, July 26Tuesday, July 27Police correspondent Jason J. • A 28 year-old Wallingford man was arrested at 11:53 a.m. and charged with larceny in the sixth degree and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• A 27 year-old Wallingford man was arrested at 12:24 p.m. and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and larceny in the sixth degree.

• A 40 year-old Hamden man was arrested at 12:40 p.m. and charged with larceny in the third degree.

• Police investigated a fatal motor vehicle accident that occurred at 10:40 a.m. A 48 year-old woman of Louis Street was operating a motorcycle northbound on Maple Avenue onto Church Street when the bike veered across the solid yellow double line and struck a van. The van was traveling southbound on Church Street. The motorcycle operator was transported to Yale New Haven Hospital where died of her injuries upon arrival. The van operator, a 53 year-old Glastonbury man, was not injured. Witnesses are asked to contact Traffic Officer Michael Compare at 203-239-5231 ext. 210.
