The Valley Courier publishes a Police Incident Report to inform residents of incidents, criminal activities, and police responses occurring in the towns of Essex, Deep River, and Chester. • At 10:57 a.m. Officer Steven Redente reported that between July 30 at 5:45 p.m. and August 5 at 7:30 a.m. an Echo SRM-230 weed-whacker and an Echo backpack blower were taken from a Ferry Road address. The victim was a 50 year-old Deep River man. Anyone with information regarding this larceny is asked to call the Chester resident trooper’s officer at 860-526-3605.
